Anomaly E-4032
Description: Anomaly E-4032 is a humanoid entity first discovered in Romania in 1996. It is kept in corporate custody inside the Brașov local headquarters of Mortfield Industries. After the fall of the Soviet Union and the establishment of the Iron Corridor, thought was given to moving E-4032 to the United States for further study. The limited technological capabilities of local contractors have left E-4032's containment with serious defects that would be better remedied if the anomaly was moved into Western hands. This may become complicated, however, after strong opposition from the newly formed Romanian government.
Anomaly E-4032 appears to be in his early 30s or late 20s and is of Middle Eastern origin. He has dark brown hair, olive skin, and dark brown eyes. He speaks unaccented Romanian and approximately 43 other languages, including several that are extinct.
If allowed, the anomaly may attach itself to other humans via its mouth. Is capable of pumping approximately 4 liters of blood into a victim every minute. During this time the victim is subjected to a paralytic agent. After approximately 1-2 minutes, a healthy individual's arteries and veins will burst, causing massive internal bleeding and death. An individual that is currently missing some portion of its blood will take longer to kill in this manner. There have been no reliably safe methods developed to prevent E-4032 from completing a kill once an attack has begun.
The entity itself is capable of speech. When not executing an attack, the entity has shown itself to be erudite and personable. It claims to have existed for thousands of years, and that the area around Brașov is its favored hunting ground. The following is a short excerpt from a translated interview conducted in May of last year by Mortfield's regional director, Dr. Nicolas Mihaili.

Incident Log – ███████
Foreword: This interview was carried out in a divided interrogation chamber specifically designed to allow conversation between Anomaly E-4032 and high-value subjects that require protection. The chamber was retired following the aftermath of this incident.
Dr. Mihaili: [Hello. I'm glad you agreed to this interview]
E-4032: [Yes. Of course. It's always good to meet new people]
Dr. Mihaili: [The last few individuals we've sent into your room haven't really fared all that well.]
The anomaly taps three times on the plexiglass partition between the two.
Dr. Mihaili: [Right. So is it true you've been around for more than two thousand years?]
E-4032: [More or less. It was extremely hard to count the days back then.]
Dr. Mihaili: [What is your first memory?]
E-4032: [My first memory is the same as most. The only difference is when and where. I was born in Sardas, 500 or so years before Christ.]
Dr. Mihaili: [Anything strange about your upbringing?]
E-4032: [Not particularly, no. My mother loved me. My father was a soldier. I decided to join the Lydian army after he died to keep our family from starving.]
Dr. Mihaili: [And you participated in many battles?]
E-4032: [A few. The most important one was the last one. That's where I died.]
Dr. Mihaili: [If you'll forgive me, you do not look dead.]
E-4032: [Yes. By the mercy of divine providence, I survived death. I took a deep cut to my leg that caused me to collapse. As I fell the sun was blotted out.
Dr. Mihaili: [An eclipse?]
E-4032: [That is what they say it was, now. But at the time it felt as though the gods themselves were furious with us. And given what I became, perhaps they were.]
Dr. Mihaili: [What do you mean?]
E-4032: [The battle ceased. Everyone else wondered and stared at the black sky. But not me. I felt my wound healing. I felt my blood returning to my body. So I struck the nearest Median soldier I saw.]
Dr. Mihaili: [And then?]
E-4032: [And then I lived to regret it.]
Dr. Mihaili: [How?]
E-4032: [The blood grows inside me. I can stop it for a time. Block up the dam and wait it out. But eventually the flow returns.]
Dr. Mihaili: [And you have to attack others? Have you considered bloodletting or other methods?]
E-4032: [That wouldn't be much of a punishment. I must attack others as I did the day of my death. Or else my recompense is incomplete.]
Dr. Mihaili: [What happens if you don't kill on a regular basis?]
E-4032: [I will never know the answer to that question Dr. Mihaili…]
